SHIPPING :
  • PLEASE ALLOW  7-10 "BUSINESS" DAYS FOR ALL ORDERS TO SHIP.

  • EMERALD TRIANGLE BEAUTY ONLY SHIPS MONDAY-FRIDAY .

  • During ANY holidays please allow 2 extra "business" days for your order to ship. ​

  • Once your order has shipped, a tracking # will be sent to you via email invoice within 24 hours of shipping.

  • Emerald Triangle Beauty only ships to the address submitted with your order. 

  • AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, ADDRESS CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE .

  • If you have any issues tracking your order after the 48 hours of receiving your shipping invoice (during "business" days Mon-Fri.) please contact Emerald Triangle Beauty via email emerald.triangle.beauty@gmail.com OR text 1707-708-1838   (Include your NAME, Your ADDRESS & ORDER NUMBER.)

RETURNS: 
Due to sanitary purposes Emerald Triangle Beauty does NOT accept any cosmetic returns.
​Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
 LOST PACKAGE:
Emerald Triangle Beauty is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen packages or wrongly address deliveries. Emerald Triangle Beauty is not responsible for any delay from the carrier. Once packages ship they are under the Post Office's responsibility. If shipping errors occur, please contact the SHIPPING CARRIER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
